Classic Rose Lassi
In Ayurveda, summer is associated with heat, intensity, and increased sensitivity — not only within the skin, but throughout the body and mind. Cooling foods, calming herbs, and hydrating rituals become especially supportive this time of year.
This simple rose lassi is one of my favorite summer rituals: soft, cooling, lightly spiced, and deeply refreshing. Rose is traditionally used in Ayurveda to help calm excess heat while supporting the heart and nervous system, making this a beautiful afternoon drink during warmer months.

• 1–2 tsp rose water
• Small drizzle raw honey or maple syrup
